The six-week program

Align at the top. Put it into practice.

Weeks 1–2A

Leadership alignment

Three sessions of 3–4 hours with the two senior leaders.

  1. 1
    Direction & values

Agree on outcomes, purpose, core focus, and values. Connect longer-term direction to this year’s goals.

  2. 2
    Accountability & ownership

Define the functions and responsibilities the organization needs, then clarify who owns each one.

  3. 3
    Assignments & measures

Agree on the most important 90-day assignments, owners, and completion criteria. Establish the first weekly Scorecard.

I facilitate a quarterly-style planning session: align direction, set priorities, and resolve key issues together.

Weeks 3–6B

Weekly implementation

Working reviews and check-ins with leaders and their reports.

  1. 1
    I lead the first check-ins

Review the team’s materials and run the first meetings: numbers, assignments, next actions, and issue solving.

  2. 2
    Your leaders take the lead

The senior leader runs the meeting with my support. Direct reports then lead their own team check-ins, keeping priorities and decisions connected.

  3. 3
    Review & continue

Review assignment progress and meeting effectiveness. Resolve remaining issues and plan the next quarterly cycle.

Keep the same day, time, and agenda each week. Come prepared, discuss issues candidly, and follow through on agreed actions.
