Shared vision & core values
Agreement on purpose, core focus, longer-term goals, and the values that guide decisions.
Leadership alignment & execution
I help your leadership get on the same page, set clear assignments, and build a weekly discipline for accountability and issue solving.
What you gain
We turn leadership decisions into practical tools, then use them together until your team can lead the rhythm.
Agreement on purpose, core focus, longer-term goals, and the values that guide decisions.
The functions the organization needs, with clear responsibilities and one accountable owner.
A focused set of 90-day priorities, each with an owner, deadline, and clear completion criteria.
Weekly numbers with targets and owners, so the team can spot problems early.
The same agenda each week: review numbers and assignments, then resolve the most important issues.
Identify the real issue, discuss it openly, and agree on a solution and owned next actions.
The six-week program
Three sessions of 3–4 hours with the two senior leaders.
Agree on outcomes, purpose, core focus, and values. Connect longer-term direction to this year’s goals.
Define the functions and responsibilities the organization needs, then clarify who owns each one.
Agree on the most important 90-day assignments, owners, and completion criteria. Establish the first weekly Scorecard.
I facilitate a quarterly-style planning session: align direction, set priorities, and resolve key issues together.
Working reviews and check-ins with leaders and their reports.
Review the team’s materials and run the first meetings: numbers, assignments, next actions, and issue solving.
The senior leader runs the meeting with my support. Direct reports then lead their own team check-ins, keeping priorities and decisions connected.
Review assignment progress and meeting effectiveness. Resolve remaining issues and plan the next quarterly cycle.
Keep the same day, time, and agenda each week. Come prepared, discuss issues candidly, and follow through on agreed actions.
A leadership team that runs its meetings, maintains its Scorecard, tracks assignments, and resolves issues with clear next actions.
Scope & investment
Initial retainer
Due before the first session and credited against actual hours. Any unused hours remain available for follow-up during the engagement.
Includes the initial retainer. After the first 12 hours, actual direct working time is billed monthly at $150/hour.
Agreed scope. The estimate covers the two senior leaders and a defined set of meetings with their reports. We confirm participants and session dates before starting, and agree before exceeding 38 hours.
Separately scoped. Software can be built to support the operating system under a separate proposal. Further implementation or ongoing support can also be agreed separately.
